SG-3000-4SD EVA Glass Laminating Machine

This glass laminating machine is professional autoclave-free laminated glass manufacturing equipment. Benefiting from the superior and stable performance of the glass laminating machine and compatibility with diverse interlayer films, it is capable of fabricating multiple types of high-quality laminated glass without the need for a large high-pressure autoclave.
 

You can embed silk fabric, art paper, plastic film, metal wire mesh, fiber cloth, PDLC smart film and many other decorative or functional interlayers between ordinary glass panels. This allows you to manufacture decorative laminated glass and functional laminated glass with fully customized visual and safety effects to meet various market demands.

The furnace is designed with 2 chambers, each chamber can load 2 vacuum bags, and either the temperature and vacuum can be controlled independently for each chamber. In this case, you can work with 2 chambers together for 3 or 4 loads, or you can just work with one chamber only for 1 or 2 loads, which depends on your production plan.

This glass laminating machine is perfectly suitable for glass processing factories with high-capacity production demand for EVA laminated glass. It adopts a practical circular operation design, enabling continuous workflow and can produce up to 400-500 square meters of high-quality laminated glass per day. The finished laminated glass features great safety performance and beautiful appearance, and can be widely applied in buildings, indoor decoration, space partitions, stair railings, safety enclosures, shower glass panels, ceiling glass, glass doors and windows, decorative background walls and many other projects.
