EVA Glass Laminated Machine Glass Laminating Furnace
- The glass laminating machine is fitted with cooling blowers on its top section. These blowers enable rapid cooling of heated vacuum bags. This area can also serve as an exchange station for cyclic production, effectively boosting the overall production capacity of the glass laminating machine.
- The vacuum system of the glass laminating machine consists of two vacuum pumps that can be switched on and off independently. The vacuum level is displayed in real time on the touch screen of the glass laminating machine.
The furnace of the glass laminating machine features a dual-chamber design. Each chamber can hold 2 vacuum bags, and both the temperature and vacuum of each chamber can be controlled independently. This flexible design allows separate process settings for different batches and improves the overall production efficiency of the glass laminating machine.
