This advanced glass laminating machine is equipped with an original Siemens PLC core control system to realize full-process intelligent and stable operation. All production parameters, including temperature, vacuum degree, heating time and holding time, can be set, adjusted and viewed intuitively and conveniently through the supporting high-definition touch screen. Adopting precise PID constant-temperature output technology, the glass laminating machine achieves ultra-accurate temperature control with tiny temperature deviation, effectively avoiding defective products caused by temperature fluctuation and ensuring consistent lamination quality of finished laminated glass.

Equipped with a high-performance variable frequency motor, the glass laminating machine realizes stable, smooth and adjustable glass conveying speed, which can adapt to different glass sizes and lamination process requirements. Featuring a highly user-friendly and fully automated operating system, the equipment greatly lowers the operating threshold for workers. Operators only need to place the pre-assembled glass sheets on the feeding section manually. All subsequent core technological procedures, including vacuuming, heating, constant-temperature lamination and cooling shaping, are completed fully automatically by the glass laminating machine. After the whole processing workflow is finished, the perfectly laminated glass will be automatically and stably transported to the unloading section, realizing unmanned automatic production and greatly improving overall production efficiency.

Full automatic running. The glass laminating machine operates fully automatically. The operator only needs to load the assembled glass onto the loading table and take off the finished glass from the unloading table. All other processes will be completed automatically by the glass laminating machine. This glass laminating machine helps save labor while achieving high production efficiency.
