SG-3000-1DD is the professional equipment to produce laminated glass without autoclave. You can insert the silk, paper, plastic film, metal mesh, fibre, patterned cloth, printed polyester or other materials into flat glass to produce various decorative and functional laminated glass. Which could be used for building, fitment, industrial uses etc. and also can produce various functional glass, such as the PDLC switchable glass, burglarproof glass, safety glass etc.,
Double working stations design allow to heat the laminated glass and to prepare next glass at the same time. Which can save much time and electric power. The control system applied the PLC with touch screen. All the parameters can be easily and directly set trough figure touch. The temperature would be regulated by means of changing the volume of voltage, so that can obtain accurate temperature control.

Machining Center
