The SG-3000-4SD Dual is a professional glass laminating machine designed to produce high-quality laminated glass without autoclave.

 

With its advanced structure and compatibility with special interlayer films, this machine can process a wide range of laminated glass products.

 

It allows you to embed silk, paper, plastic films, metal mesh, fiber materials, PDLC smart film and other decorative or functional interlayers into standard glass sheets, enabling efficient production of decorative laminated glass, safety laminated glass, smart PDLC laminated glass and other customized glass products.

 

This evacuation glass laminating machine is widely used for manufacturing architectural laminated glass, decorative laminated glass and various special laminated glass without the need for a high-pressure autoclave, greatly improving production efficiency and reducing operating costs.

1. On the top of the glass laminating machine with cooling blowers, which let the heated bags cool down fast and you can have it as exchange station for cycle production so the production capacity will be increased.

2. The vacuum system is consisted with two vacuum pumps, whcih can be turned on/off independently and the vacuum volume can be showed on touch screen.

 

3. The furnace is designed with 2 chambers, each chamber can load 2 vacuum bags, and either the temperature and vacuum can be controlled independently for each chamber.




 

4. Siemens PLC with touch screen,  all the processing would be finished with PLC control automatically, it is possible to setup muti-steps heating with a curving diagram displaying, the recipes are able to be saved in the PLC for future application.
