Horizontal Glass Washing & Drying Machine
Glass washing machine is the most common and important equipment in glass processing industry. It would be adopted in many file of the glass processing , such as tempered glass, laminated glass, insulating glass, coated glass, mirror and other applications. The quality of cleaning would effect the quality of final products directly.
The machine adopts gear drive with variable frequency speed control; The frame is made of high-quality powder-coated steel and aluminum alloy, which is firm and durable, waterproof and rust free; The transmission rollers is coated by high-quality vulcanized rubber with stainless steel shaft ends. The machine is equipped with 3 pairs of brushes and 2 pairs of air knives. The brush speed and air volume can be adjusted by frequency conversion.

The top brushes are consist of 2 hard brushes and 1 soft brush, The two hard brushes can be lifted up pneumatically to providing a capacity for the Low-E glass.
All the metal covers and water tanks are made of stainless steel. All parts in contact with water are made of waterproof materials. The temperature of dry air and cleaning water can be heated. The top of the machine can be raised by 350mm, which is convenient for maintenance.

All metal sheets used on the equipment are processed by laser cutting, the main body of the machine is welded with high-quality steel and processed by CNC gantry milling, and the mechanical parts are processed by CNC machining center.
