Autoclave-free PVB/EVA Glass Laminating Line
is the latest solution for laminated glass production without autoclave. The line combined with automatic glass loading machine, glass washing machine, assembly machine, PVB film holder, PVB/EVA glass laminating machine, tilting unloading machine.
The laminated glass production line adopts frequency conveyor with Siemens PLC centralized control, and each machine runs automatically according to the preset program. The tilting arm take the glass sheets from the glass rack , and conveyor it washing machine, after washing and drying, the glass would be conveyor to the clean room, meanwhile, it would be stopped on positioning table automatically, the vacuum-cup travelling crane would take the glass sheet to assembly table, after layup the PVB film, the second glass sheet would carried and lay over the PVB film .
With the trimming by the operator, the assembled "sandwich" would be conveyed to the autoclave-free PVB glass laminating furnace. after a few minutes, the finished laminated glass would be conveyed to unloading table, one cycle is finished.
The finished glass is same or even better than autoclave did, and could be applied in many industries, likes architecture,
industry, electronics, furniture, etc.
